Questionnaires

Welcome to the ARDS Support Center Questionnaires Page!!

In order to fight ARDS, researchers must have information from survivors, from families of survivors, as well as information from families who have lost a loved one to ARDS.   This information when compiled and studied may show trends to which all sufferers of ARDS may have in common.  One way to find the common threads between ARDS victims is to take a few moments and answer the questions contained within this section of the Support Center Website.

The following three links will take you to three individual questionnaire pages.  The first is the Cognitive Questionnaire.  Here you will find questions pertaining to how  Post-ARDS patient's cognitive skills have been affected by ARDS.

The second is the Pulmonary Questionnaire.  This being similar to the Cognitive has questions pertaining to Pulmonary function Post-ARDS.

The last Questionnaire is for Future Research.   This questionnaire asks a broader range of questions than the previous two.   Perhaps leading to areas of future study.
